Finnish student won a writing contest of the Council of Europe

Maija Karjalainen St Gallen nosto Student of political sciences from the University of Turku has been awarded a prize for her essay in the final conference of the Swiss Chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers in the Council of Europe at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
